How will you bill me?
We offer a monthly membership. Your subscription will not be renewed at the end of each month. This is because we do store customers financial information.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
Paid Memberships Pro comes bundled with PayPal (for accepting credit card and PayPal account payments). We use Paypal to help keep your transactions secure. Paypal does not share your financial information with the TeacherConvoy nor do we store your information.
Can I change or cancel my plan later on?
Yes. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date. You can downgrade or cancel anytime from your membership page. If you cancel, you will lose your Premium access at the end of your billing cycle.
Note: If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
How do I access free content?
As a TeacherConvoy guest, you can access our Blog, free learning tools, and three courses a year. Our guest plan is perfect for individuals who want to join our amazing community, but who might may not be ready for a membership.
Guest may enroll in any of our free courses.
What is your refund policy?
TeacherConvoy does not offer refunds. The TeacherConvoy does not provide refunds on any fees or charges for memberships and pay-per-click products; including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees.
WHY CAN'T I ACCESS ANY COURSES I LIKE?
The Starter and Associate memberships are restricted to a finite number of courses per month. Course availability is determine by age of content, members’ request, and scheduled releases.
